Return and Exchange Policy

NMB is happy to exchange products which turn out, upon receipt, to be too large or too small for the intended wearer. Simply mail back the product(s) to the address below, including a check for $3.28 for the first return, and an additional $1.00 for each additional return, to cover the shipping and handling costs associated with the exchange. To avoid incurring this extra shipping fee for returned rings, please consult this size chart* or have your ring finger professionally sized prior to placing a ring order.

Please include a note with your return explaining what size you are returning and what size you would like in exchange - or email this information to orders@nationalmarriageboycott.com prior to mailing in your exchange.

You will be notified when your exchange has been received - if you do not receive such a notification within two weeks of mailing in your exchange, email orders@nationalmarriageboycott.com.

If a product must be returned, NMB will provide a full refund for the cost of the item (not inclusive of shipping and handling) upon receipt of the returned item at the address below. Returns can only be accepted for undamaged products.
